The Role

We're hiring a Marketing Manager to own user acquisition and brand growth across our app portfolio. You'll set the marketing strategy, run paid campaigns end to end, and work directly with the product team on launches. This is a hands-on role with significant autonomy: you'll be the person accountable for growth numbers.

What you'll do

• Define and execute the marketing strategy across the app portfolio
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns on Google, Meta, and TikTok
• Manage organic social channels and build brand presence
• Design and run email marketing campaigns, including lifecycle and retention flows
• Track performance in analytics tools, report on CAC, LTV, ROAS, and retention, and act on the data
• Lead go-to-market plans for new app launches and major feature releases
• Source, negotiate, and manage influencer and creator partnerships
• Identify and test new growth channels

What we're looking for

• Hands-on experience running Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads with real budgets
• Comfort with mobile analytics and attribution tools (e.g. Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Mixpanel)
• Strong analytical skills and a habit of making decisions from data
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Mobile app marketing experience preferred; App Store and Play Store growth a plus

What we offer

• $25-35 per hour, depending on experience
• Fully remote work
• Flexible working hours, with meetings scheduled between 09:00 and 17:00 UTC+2
• Long-term, stable role with room to grow as the portfolio expands

Location

Fully remote. You can work from anywhere, but you'll need enough overlap with UTC+2 to attend meetings scheduled between 09:00 and 17:00.
