The Role
We're hiring an SEO & ASO Specialist to own organic growth across our websites and our app store listings. You'll set the search strategy, run the technical work yourself, and test your way to better store conversion. This is a hands-on role with significant autonomy: you'll be the person accountable for organic traffic and install numbers.
What you'll do
- Define and execute the SEO strategy across our web properties
- Run technical SEO audits and fix what you find: Core Web Vitals, structured data, indexing, internal linking
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for both web and app stores
- Optimize App Store and Google Play listings: titles, subtitles, descriptions, and keyword fields
- Design and run screenshot and store asset tests to lift conversion rates
- Plan content that builds topical authority and ranks for commercial intent
- Track rankings, traffic, installs, and conversions, report on them, and act on the data
- Develop strategies to improve app ratings and reviews
What we're looking for
- Hands-on experience doing both SEO and App Store Optimization, not just one
- A track record of growing organic traffic and app installs you can point to
- Strong command of technical SEO fundamentals
- Fluency with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, App Store Connect, Google Play Console, AppTweak, or Sensor Tower
- Strong analytical skills and a habit of making decisions from data
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Consumer mobile app or SaaS experience preferred; CRO and content marketing a plus
What we offer
- $15-30 per hour, depending on experience
- Fully remote work
- Flexible working hours, with meetings scheduled between 09:00 and 17:00 UTC+2
- Long-term, stable role with room to grow as the portfolio expands
Location
Fully remote. You can work from anywhere, but you'll need enough overlap with UTC+2 to attend meetings scheduled between 09:00 and 17:00.
